Week #3 Mon. 6/13: 93 minutes walking and 27 minutes circuit training Tues. 6/14: 27 minutes circuit traning and 30 minutes C25K(wk2d1, will log it here that way instead of walking/running) Wed. 6/15: 24 minutes walking and 27 circuit training 228 total so far

On Demand only has level 1. You can buy levels 2 and 3 from exercise tv or buy 30 day shred dvd from a store. Got mine at walmart.com for $10.total.( shipped to my house) Well worth it! I'm doing it again(L2D4). Don't stop, keep doing level 1 until you get the dvd! Happy Shredding!:)

Know you said you cut out fries/potatos, Hungry girl does baked butternut squash fries. Pretty good!

Grilled talapia seasoned with salt, pepper, lime juice and zest!( Paula Deen recipe,we leave out the butter!) Great with roasted asparagus seasoned the same way.
