Well everone it's been 6 weeks..... I have had a great time pushing myself and would have done more if I wasn't Mommy first! Believe I have no more go in me tonight! 150 minutes and 14 glasses of water.415 total minutes so far.Attending adinner tomorrownight and we are having 50 people at our house Saturday for the baby's birthday! Great job! Still don't know what I'm starting next as my main workout. Till then shredding, plus playing with 6 week 6pack. Really don't want to spend more money because I bought a tread mill, shred dvd and wii personal trainer game since January.

Had to post I tried 6wk 6pack!(our cable has free exercise tv, check it out if you have cable) Omg never could of gotten through it if I never did the shred! Was Sweating buckets during the warm up! 35 minutes of an awesome work out!! Keep going ladies!

102 minutes today and 14 glasses of water. 544 total minutes for the week. All waters + each day. Really can't believe we are entering week 6! This challenge is really what I needed to push myself, so glad I saw it!!! Thanks Tracie! Great work everyone!

Crazy busy here! I finished the 30 day shred yesterday!!! 60 minutes in yesterday and all my water for Thursday and Friday. Day 30 DONE!!!!! Gave myself a big pat on the back!LOL! Actually finished in 33 days, level 2 ruined my knees and 1 rest day! Did 15 days of level 1 then 15 of level 3, 1 day level 2.
