Day 23 done. Took a day off twisted my ankle and fell Wednesday night while running. jennasan that flying dutch man sounds like fun. Awesome job!

45 minutes today and 12 8oz glasses of water. Ankle is sore so I took it easy but did push myself. Hope it's better quick! At 329 minutes for the week! Keep going everyone!

Is the dvd 1 workout or different levels like 30 day shred? (On demand has 6wk 6pack 1.) Finishing the shred in 9 more workouts. Definatly more toned and few lbs down. Great job!:)

140 reg. crunches, 60 leg lift (working the lower abs), 30 bicycle (counting one each side),30 scissor and 15 regular sit ups. Normally do 20 of the first 4 then 15 reg. Going to feel it tomorrow. Thanks for the challenge!

90 minutes today and 12 8oz glasses of water. Fell tonight while running with the stroller.(Baby's ok! He thought it was funny!) My husband thought I shattered me knee the way I went down. Twisted my ankle pretty good. I'll be sore but going to Push through!

Didn't get to post yesterday. Friday 70 minutes 12 8 oz glasses. We dyed eggs with not to many miss haps. Older son's second time(1st he was onlt 4wks) he spilled the blue and we had a blue kid for a few days! Hehe can laugh now. I have a 5yr old and a 11 month old. It's been tuff, but for the last 2 weeks I've been pushing myself to wake up 5am and exercise at home. Very tired before I start but a great boost of energy for most of the day. Good luck.

Day 16 level 3. Made it through. Didn't do her crazy jumping:noway: in the cardio circut, did butt kicks, jump rope. Not as forceful to the ground on the knees. Good job Ladies as jennasan said it doesn't matter what level or day just keep going ! You can do it!!!
