Just remember the "lean cuisine" meals are full of sodium (just like all processed ready made meals) You can have pasta,use whole grain pasta and ground turkey..it works great! My weakness is Carbs & sweets (chocolate)

Where can i get the true lemon/orange? they had smaples of it at my gym once but i could never find it in stores

Its not about losing weight all the time,its also about health..so saying if your not hungry,dont eat is somewhat irresponsible..NOT eating is never the answer to healthy eating habits or weight loss

Wow...so your leaving your body 50-100 calories a day! That is NOT enough! Please correct me if I am wrong fellow MFP members.But holy cow what is your body using for energy if your eating 1000 calories and burning 950?

type 2 diabetes here as well & let me tell you,dont stress so much over it. It is not a death sentence :) I recently cut my glucose levels in half by limiting carbs and exercise. I dropped from 300-350 to 120-150. it takes work and dedication but it can be controlled! Welcome to MFP!

Exercise is a must to be healthy..Exercise is not my favorite thing either but it has to be done for me to be the person I want to see in the mirror :) You have to make your mind up that you truly want change,which means leaving your current comfort zone. Good Luck to you..You will succeed!!

also unless your only 4'9..153 is not that big..I was also one of those girls who weighed 145 to 150 in high school with friends who weighed 110-120. I also thought i was fat! Since when is Splenda bad? I know Aspartame is bad but I thought splenda was ok..its made form real sugar isnt it?
