Being tired can be a number of things..Anemia,Low or high blood sugar or having the broken sleep pattern ...Maybe let your doc know how your feeling..

I eat 1600 calories a day & so far its working for me.I also exercise 5 days a week. I am diabetic and my dietician recommends i eat 1600 cal.She also told me nobody should EVER eat below 1200,so when i see these people eating 1000 to 800 cal a day I cringe,because they are starving themselves and setting themselves up for…

A once a week treat is great! I do the same thing,once a week we eat at one of our fave resturaunts..we just compensate for it by working out really hard..I think it keeps us on track while giving us something to look forward to..

My dietican says NOBODY should ever eat less than 1200 cal. I just don't know about these doctors putting people on diets that starve them.It's ridiculous! 900 is absolutely not enough calories.Your body needs fuel and 900 cal is not enough fuel

No I don't log house cleaning..IMHO it's a reach to log those kind of calories.Mowing or Yardwork where you actually exert yourself I can see..But I clean house every saturday and I don't feel its enough of a burn to consider logging it . But to each thier own..I only want success for everyone : )

I had very high triglycerides and the way I lowered it was exercise (the best way) & taking fish oil caplets.Diabetes will make the tri's higher too..I am diabetic & got it all under control by diet and exercise.

My motivation is to be healthy & keep my diabetes in control. As far as exercising..i am sorry but your right..no more excuses! I made them too for a long time.But any trainer or any person serious about being healthy will tell you that you gotta exercise! Make those precious children your motivation & you will move…

Yes they are on the high side..The calories on here are way different than my actual machine at the gym says..so thats why i manually in put when possible..
