Same - I'm in NYC so other than local wanderings, I'm homebound for the weekend. I walked over to where my car was parked, decided "too much effort!" so I walked to get my hair cut and then home to clean. Probably will finish cleaning and possibly a few half done projects tomorrow, I hope.

Oh I meant that for me personally - thank God I wasn't set in my ways at 25. No doubt that you can be set in your ways and/or self sabatoging at any age. Personally, I don't desire anyone of any age that is totally set in their ways... too boring!

I have an 18 year old niece and I wouldn't be thrilled with hearing that she's dating a 25 year old, but I'd hold off judgement until meeting the person. As for the rest of the anecdote, I am laughing at the thought of being 25 and set in your ways. Thank GOD I've changed a lot since 25. :)

Absolutely! I just got my Fit armband and even though I considered waiting until New Years, I figured why not start now? It's been excellent to motivate me to leave the office goodies table alone and I've been walking more (shopping more too).

I love TRX. I hated it the first few times my personal trainer made me do it, but the more I do it the more I like it. I like that you can make tiny little adjustments to change the weight of your exercise. I'd also get a full length mirror to check yourself while you're doing the exercises. I've been eating enough to feel satisfied after meals and not really hungry at any point of the day, but I'll definitely try eating more if that's what works. I still have my head stuck on eating as close to 1200 calories as possible, haven't really factored the expended calories from exercise into that. Thanks!

Thanks - I didn't think I was exercising enough for it to make a difference in the calories that I'm eating. I'm not really that consistant so I'll go 4 days in a row then not at all for 3 days. I thought getting my calories down consistantly would be more important.
