um, well... if you dont want to wash in a machine every time, there is always having 2 outfits.. one you wear while the other one is drying from being hand washed in a sink with ivory soap/ or any gentle soap. . but re wearing AFTER its funky is pretty nasty. . especially if your body IS clean and the clothes are funky. .…

let me just say, they and most of the little energy shots are the MOST disgusting tasting thing I have EVER put in my mouth on purpose. I cant get past the taste to even think about using them again. .. Even with a juice, or coffee chaser the taste and after taste is nasty!

made these this morning and they are pretty close to vita tops.... oh and one serving of these is actually 58 calories... :love: so you get TWO yes I said TWO muffins for the 116 calories!!! :happy: and for this bonafies carb and chocolate junkie thats a plus in my book :tongue:

I take mine at NIGHT or they make me throw my guts up... (YUCK) one a day multivitamin iron pill ( im anemic) two ducosate tablets (must have from taking the iron) and occasionally water pills... ALL with lots of water to keep them down:drinker:
