I counted ALL the M & Mz in the bag and divided the total amount for the package by what I ate... ex.. 1 serving iz one whole bag @ 250 calories and there were 60 m & Ms ... 60 into 250 iz 4. 1 .... ... so 4 calorie per piece ( thiz waz the one for plain m & ms per piece... )

on LOW days, (1000) no exercise, just 10 minutes of ab work . :grumble: on regular days (1200) house work on HIGH days (1500 cals) a 30 minute bike ride or a 20 minute circuit training video... havent decided whether to eat it back or not... right now I'll just say NO... that may change in the future. I started calorie cycling this week I do 1500, 1000, 1200, 1500, 1000, 1200, 1000 repeat. ( this averages out to 1200 a day..the amount MFP says for me to eat to lose) this is set for high to moderate fat loss for me. .. BUT, my TDEE and my BMR are probably lower than yours.... thank you everyone for ALL of your help... i found my 3 calorie cycling numbers for the week... ( I started yesterday so Im on week 1 day 2 at this point) one high , , one low and one regular ( for my fitness and activity level) those 3 numbers, then repeat...with the last day being a low day also... so do I leave it at the HIGHER or LOWER calories in my food diary??? I know at the higher calories it adjusts the macros UP and I dont want the option to over carb myself on my low days because I have the calories set to the higher calorie level.

I keep enough cal for zome popcorn...it fulfills the urge to chew and the "munchies" feeling I get while reading at night. only 50 cal for 2 cups popped.

I just found out from my Dr. that since having my son (hes 3now) that my body stopped producing one of the chemicals it needed and that is why my TOM has been whacked out these past few years . the DR. put me on hormone pills and he said it should reduce the flow..and the weirdness of things like what you talked about...…

I buy the sugar free( and take out 1/2 the container) and mix in 1/2 of regular powdered creamer... makes the sugar free taste WAY better. . and still keeps the calories/fat/sugar down.

I also do hot tea... but if that doesn't do the trick i either eat popcorn, yogurt or a FEW (like 5) M&M z (depends what Im craving... chocolate, salty, creamy)
