One GOOD thing is it has went from 11:45pm snacking (after going to bed) to 10pm snacking (which is BEFORE I go to bed) .... baby steps... baby steps.... to getting rid of it AGAIN!!

I log EVERYTHING!! chewing gum, water with lemon ( no calories, sodium, nothing in it :drinker: ) late night munchies, even spices when I cook. I just find that the small things (5 or 10 or 15 calories ) add up after awhile , plus for me it just keeps me honest with myself and my progress. Im not downing anyone elses way…

I actually SAVE up uneaten calories for 2 weeks to justify a cheat day... I log ALL my food beforehand so I KNOW what Im eating for the day and i dont eat a calorie over what i have budgeted. Id agree with the sushi and add steamed mussels to mine too... I eat them both by the plateful at Chinese buffets. . especially the mussels...YUMMMMMM... gotta be the Italian in me.....
