I have a medium frame and a bf% of about 50. My goal is to have a bf% of 18. I do a split lifting routine (not this week because I'm sick) and I swim on the days I'm not lifting.

I eat mine back some times and sometimes I don't. Like yesterday. I wanted to eat ice cream and my training session for work required me to work out so when I got home, I ate some.

I'm 18. I fell off my wagon for a couple weeks but I'm back on. My goal is to lose about 40ish pounds by the end of summer. I'm 5'4. SW: 250 CW: 194(I think) By the summer goal weight: 160ish? Final goal: 150 (or size 8)

Yeah he gives me nutrition tips. I mean, I've never done a split routine so I dunno if I'll like it, if that makes sense I may just divide it into upper/lower body and do compound lifts for that?

Nice! StrongLifts makes you increase by 5lbs per lift (This is evil, btw.) so I feel like a 1lb increase would be a lot easier.
