I'm excited for this new change! However...I'm concerned about the cost, I guess? Aren't vegetarian/vegan dishes and foods more expensive than "meat products?" I'm 18. MFP won't let you join if you're under the age of 18 so I had to "beat the system." Thus, I live in my house with my parent. I'm a senior in high school and despite me being 18, I have limited freedom. And yay strength.

I buy Private Selection Citrus green tea. I usually make a big batch and ice it. So it's a green iced tea. You can add sugar or splenda to it or whatever. I use splenda. But it's really refreshing.

I don't have a boot thingy, I have a splint. My parents won't let me go out of the house, which is why I can't go @Eat like an- I can't do anything except the pull up (maybe. I don't have a bar) because my ankle isn't stable enough to put weight on. thanks, though.

MFP recommended I eat 1370. So I generally eat that. I need to eat a bit cleaner, though. That I'm sure of.

We have a track, but I prefer the treadmill because it can actually calculate my distance. I know I CAN run a mile. I did it yesterday in 12 minutes (paired with a bit of walking). Thanks for being so helpful

I got the Zombie's run app. It's not necessarily the cardio issue. I just prefer weight lifting. I strictly have to do cardio for cross training? I like swimming, but can't right now and I don't want to get out of my lifting habit...
