Not open tomorrow. It's my rest day, anyways Plan: Mon, wed, fri: lifting Tues, Thurs: I don't have a number set for laps. I am aiming for 60 mins with minimum breaks, though. I don't plan meals because I don't buy the groceries.

Uhm, reverse crunches? You lift you legs at a 90 degree angle, then lower them to 45 degrees and repeat. The key is not to let your feet touch the floor. You can go lower if you like, just don't let them come in contact with the floor.

I actively followed strong lifts, but it began to annoy me. Especially the increasing my 5 each session. It began to take a wicked toll on me.

Well I just dislike running, but it's more of a timing issue. I work out in the morning. The YMCA's pool is open at 5:30. He's out of high school so he obviously doesn't wake up as early as i do.

Blech. I actually hate milk xD Always have. I drink Almond milk and if it isn't sweet enough (though it usually is. I drink it with cereal or whatever) I can add sweetener.

Uhm, I think there should be a weekly challenge we strive to achieve perhaps? Whether it's hitting a certain number of calories of burned or whatever. It can be switched up. Also, what is the monetary value of the gift card? I don't mean to sound greedy, I'm just curious. I'll try and get more people on board.
