Thank you all so much (: I have trouble though with the diet. I do eat under, but I'm not sure how much of a deficit I'm supposed to have? And eating more protein and less fat? Lean meat is expensive..

Yeah, I'm more focused on getting "fit." I have a goal size in mind, which I'd rather hit than the weight. Should I balance out cardio AND weights or just weights alone?

I don't mind losing weight too, I just don't want that to be the main focus, you know? And in regards to a "healthy diet," what does that mean, exactly? Could you give me a rough idea of what I should eat? Keep in mind, I'm broke and I live with my parents, haha

I would like to get a tattoo on my ribs (OW) and a nice swimsuit to flaunt it in the summer. And maybe a VS sports bra.

I'm on the swim team so I practice my form pretty vigorously so I burn between 500-1000+ calories every morning (we practice at 6:15AM). I used to go to the gym for my StrongLifts routine, but I've not been able to due to work. But I think I may start going back. I want to lose inches.
