It's mainly a food intake thing. I don't "diet." I just eat less. And you don't need to go to the gym to be active. You can work out at home. There are TONS of videos online, books, etc

I alternate kickboxing and 30DS everyday and eat 1250 calories a day (with the exception of the cheat day) and thank you <3
