I too am lyme positive. Too things to do. Avoid alcohol, caffiene, refined sugar, acidic foods and gluten in that order. Do take multi vitamins and excercise as often as possible and as light or as intense as you can and sleep a good night's sleep. I too have days where my elbows, back, knees and ankles can be hindered…

look into cycling (not the type with pedals) eat a calorie deficit for a month and do more cardio and heavy lift. then the next month eat a diet more conducive to building muscle (good fats, protein, carbs) and a workout plan that is more suited to bulking up. next month burn fat its a slow process but the most legit way.

Its hard for me because I was a chef. Most of my friends are chefs so when we get together its rich and awesome food. Oh and beer. It comes off iinsulting if you don't eat their/our creations. Just have to hang with them on my IDGAF day and work out 2x harder in the morning.

This was hard for me. I home brew and love craft beer. But as stated its high cal and sugar . After reading labels and stuff I found that baked chips or crackers or triscuts are no better so have your regular chips if you want them popcorn is a good substitute. It takes 11 meals to change an eating habbit or acquire a taste for somethin g. I replaced my lunch chips with a carrot and love it. Even look forward to…
