For the most part I'm also doing it alone. My son has a lot to lose, but he's doing his own thing and I need consistency. I'm with DeMarra - Weekends!!! It seems that the structure of the work week helps me plan my meals/snacks and keeps everything in check, but the weekends are a major struggle. Working on it to. . .maybe we can support each other DeMarra :).

Congrats! Great job and an awesome attitude toward life and food! That's the mindset I'm adopting and trying to stick to. Life is too short not to enjoy every minute of it. Eat/drink what you love just in moderation and with daily exercise.
