Start whenever, I started on valentine's day just because it was the day I got the DVD. Take pics and measurements before, you may not lose alot of lbs but you WILL lose inches. I lost 6lbs and 11 inches in 30days. It will be hard but well worth it!

I'm 32, with 4 girls ages 10, 5, 3 and 18months. I work from 7:30-4pm and I run home to work out before getting the kids from daycare/latchkey by 6pm. If I don't fit it in for whatever reason (doctor's, store) I will do it after I put them to bed. Good luck! The hardest thing for me is pushing play on the DVD player

Fitting into a size 12! A few months ago I was in a 16/18! And I'm able to do my pushups (girly style) while my 18mo old sits on the back of my legs or on my back...she likes to help :smile:

127lbs at 5'6", I weighed the same until I got pregnant with my first child. Now, I'm at 184lb (4 babies later)...need to lose at least 30 more lbs.

I have them, luckily they're mostly under my belly button so unless I wear a skimpy bikini/underwear you don't see them. But I usually wear a tankini but that's because I do not have the flat tummy I want. I hate them but then again I feel like I've earned them. I don't think my hubby notices them as much as I do.
