When your boss (who approves the schedule) will ask where someone is, when its clearly on the schedule that they're off or coming in late. Hello, YOU approved the schedule before it was sent out, it would help if you'd look at it!

I look at it like "I CAN do 3 whole pushups, go me!" In a week you'll be able to do double that, if not more, trust me! Feel good in that you're doing it, where other people don't even try. :smile:

I can tell you that one smirnoff wine cooler is over 200 calories and (in the 'old' days) I could drink about 10 in a summer day/night, so that's not going to work for me. I was a horrible teenager! My mom lost her temper quite a bit with me, to the point of my brother pulling her off of me. We are very close...now. I have 4 girls, ages 11, 6, 4, and 1.5 years. I don't want anymore but my husband would like to try to for a boy (he's the last one to carry on his name)

I'm staying under or at my calorie goal for the day and work out 6 times a week. So far that's the only thing that has helped me lose anything. Yes, I log everything. I've thought about 'cheating' and pretending I didn't eat something bad but I'd rather have those calories staring me in the face so I know what I need to do to work off the extras or how much better I need to be the next day. It helps me not cheat much.
