I will never forget when my daughter (now 10) was learning her colors, we were checking out at a store and she pointed and annouced (as proud as can be) that the woman in front of us was brown! The woman was very nice about it so that was nice. My girls (I have 4) crack me up!

You did better than I did the first time...I could only do 10 minutes! And I looked like crap, red, sweaty, out of breath. Now I can go for an hour! Every day it gets easier, I promise! Keep it up!

I have 5 days left of it and I've lost over 10" but only 4.7lbs. I love that its such a short work out and I can see that I'm getting toned. I DO get bored though so I've switched a day or two a week doing my Slim in 6 DVD instead. Starting Ripped in 30 when I'm finished with the Shred.

I'm 5'6", highest was 205lbs. Goal is 150lbs...so far have lost 18lbs. :happy:

I had the same thing happen to me, was losing about 3lbs every 2 weeks then (during my cycle) I was only down .8:grumble: ! But when I weighed in today I was down 4.8lbs in a 2 weeks span. I just ordered mine today. On the 3rd day of the final level of 30 day shred, so I won't start the Ripped version for another week. Can't to see what this DVD will be like.

I do mine barefoot too. I have a problem with my shoulder hurting doing the walkout pushups so instead I just do normal push ups. I understand completely. I started exercising and eating better and am in the Biggest Loser Challenge at work. I have been losing on average 3.8lbs every 2 weeks...this weigh in I'm down .8lbs, but I've lost a pant size! I know that muscle weighs more but it can be discouraging when the scale wont' budge!
