  • For me, it's usally a meal. I still log it though.
  • And I didn't say I didn't LIKE the books, just that I DID like 50 Shades. The friend who suggested Sleeping Beauty also said I should read the Witching Hour (?), is that similar?
  • I don't typically read love stories, they make me want to gag. And when I do read books like Twilight, 50 Shades and, yes, even Sleeping Beauty, I tend to skim over the repetitive stuff. I don't think I've ever read the word '****' as many times as I did in Sleeping Beauty, just like you see and read the words 'my sex' in…
  • If you made it through all 3 books you would've seen the love story in 50 Shades. By the time you get to the 3rd book, however, you do get bored with the sex stuff, because it's all the same. With Sleepying Beauty, I would've been fine if not for all the guy on guy on guy on guy stuff. I was fine with 'love' story between…
  • I read that triology before 50 Shades. I liked the 50 shades better because there was a love story behind it, Sleeping Beauty was more hardcore than 50 Shades and it was hard to stomach at times but I think it's because I was so innocent to all of that stuff. Plus I really wasn't turned on by the guy on guy stuff, all the…
  • Bought a snack bag of Grippos to eat w/ my sandwich for lunch. Still under for the day but I was trying to stay under in my sodium. They are so good though!
  • I wish I had as much self esteem as some of my plus size friends. They wear things that I wouldn't think for one second I could pull off (and I'm not tiny) but they can do it and make it look good, and what I like more is that they OWN it! I have never had enough confidence to OWN anything I wear, not once, not ever!
  • I've wanted one for years but I'm a wimp and afraid of the pain. I want a girly group of stars, each colored w/ my kids' birthstone colors. I'd like it inbetween my shoulder blades but, again, I'm a wuss! Maybe I'll finally get it this year for my birthday (I've been saying this for 15 years)
  • I started smoking at 13 and quit when I was 24. I took Welbutrin for about a week to help me quit. I've been a non-smoker for 8 years. I will say that if I go to a party and drink too much, I may have a hit of a cigarette or smoke one but that's once every couple years. I still like the smell of the a freshly lit cigarette…
  • I guess it also depends on the venue of the party. I had my daughters party (they were turning 5 and 3) at a Bounce House place, the only party happening in the room (at any given party time) was mine. It wouldn't have been a big deal for people to bring their kids and leave them because they couldn't go anywhere else and…
  • ANY party that my girls are invitied to, I introduce myself and I stay. I've only had a couple parties where I didn't need to stay but I still felt weird leaving. At a busy party place, there's no way I would drop my kid off (unless it was with another relative or a very close friend of mine). Its hard enough to keep track…
  • Keep up the great work! You look great!
  • I feel the same way, not sure why but I feel like I have better form on reverse/backward lunges.
  • Great work! I loved 30DS! Keep it up!
  • That's great! I go to the thrift store alot too. To me there's no point in paying full price for clothes that I won't be in for long. I started here in Jan at a big size 16 and am now down to a size 12!
  • Leonardo DiCaprio when he was on Growing Pains. I still think he's cute.
  • "Wow, you look great!" or "looking good" would be fine with me. I really don't mind most of the comments I get, even if they're silly. It feels good to know that people have noticed a difference.
  • I have some people who are giving me their 'skinny' clothes because they've gained weight but I can't bring myself to offer them my 'bigger' clothes because I don't want them to feel bad that I'm offering up clothes that are too big for me but maybe too small for them...
  • I don't really take offense to what's said because I know they're meant as a compliment. I mean, yes maybe I DO look 'good' for having 4 kids, but it would be nice to just be told "wow, you look great." Period. And maybe it's not just my husband who 'loves the new look', the more I work out and lose, the more I like myself…
  • Yeah, I hate that one too.
  • Since my weight loss "You're husband must LOVE this new look" or "I know your hubby's happy". As if he wasn't as happy before, ugh!
  • My 1st daughter (now 10) wouldn't poop her pants for nothing but she didn't stop peeing her pants until she was in 2nd grade, and stopped having accidents all together just last year! My 2nd daughter (now 6) was pretty easy, potty trained over night practially. But when I was potty training my now 4 year old daughter, she…
  • I got a soft pretzel, I'm guessing that's better than most things.
  • Loved them!
  • Grove-Tucky! (Aka Grove City.) I've lived on the east side, went to Independence HS then moved to Obetz/South Side and graduated from Hamilton Township HS. Been in Grove City for the last 9 years.
  • At least you admitted it. We all have our moments. Once every few months I'll hit a couple weeks when the scale will NOT move but eventually it does, just have to keep up the hard work.
  • We go to the RenFaire in Harveysburg, OH. He also does NERO stuff, (live action role playing; not sure if you knew what that was) He doesn't go as much as he used to, married life, 4 kids and a job but he does still go on occasion. I just go for the atmosphere but he loves all that stuff.
  • I have one cup w/ sugar and creamer everyday, sometimes I get 2 cups on the weekend.
  • As Jillian would say "I have 300lbs people doing this stuff, don't quit!" You may not be able to go down as far but keep it up, you'll be surprised how much more you can do from day to day or week to week. Keep up the good work and don't give up!
