My family and friends are there for me during this journey to get fit so I had no problem posting my profile picture on FB (now that's my progress before+after side by side), in fact I got more encouragement from them than I did here, so I'm glad that I posted it.

I cry over commercials, movies, shows, songs and sometimes when I'm frustrated. I don't think my husband was ever a crier until we had our kids, now tv shows, movies, and songs will choke him up.

Slow drivers! I have a hard time driving the speed limit as it is, so being behind someone going 5-10miles UNDER the speed limit drives me crazy!

Thanks, that just made my day! I have 4 little girls, 10, 5, 4 and 1 AND I work 40 hours a week. I can't say that healthy eating is always at the top of my list but I do try to work out at least 5 days a week. I look forward to the day that I can retire...only 6,334 days to go! :laugh:

I did each level for 9 or 10 days. I didn't lose a lot of weight but I did lose inches. I'd recommend taking a before picture as well as measurements and weight. My before and after pictures are on my profile, feel free to add me if you'd like.

This just happened on 4th of July weekend, driving home from NC. Wearing a strapless dress (no bra), had to hop over the front seat to reach one of my kids, top fell down and my poor 10 year old daughter got an eye full! My hubby was upset that he missed it!

Thank you! I just don't eat as much or I will try to work harder to earn it. I had a fabulous gyro w/ feta yesterday from a fair, yum! It was worth all 700 calories!

I was hyperthyroid until my surgery in 2010(I couldn't take enough medication to balance everything because I was pregnant), now I'm hypothyroid. It's been a struggle the last 2 years to lose weight and work out but I'm down over 30lbs since January and I'm still working at it. Feel free to add me!

I'm 5'6" and when I started I was just over 200lbs. I'm down to 175 now but I'd be happy at 155-160lbs. I can't imagine being thinner/lighter than that because I think I'd look sickly. When I was a teenager I was around 125lbs and early 20's I was up to 145. I think working out has actually made me look better at this…
