I got my 30DS at Target for $10 and its kind of a love/hate situation :) I log it as circuit training and I work my butt off doing it so I think the calories burned are pretty acurate for me. I am staying within my calorie goals and losing weight so it can't be too far off.

Forget the gym and find something that works for you. You don't have to work out for a long time everyday set small goals for yourself. I have been doing the 30 day shred because it its short and a good workout. I only do it 3 times a week but I am getting stronger and losing weight. Just dance is also a good cardio…

It is hard but it will get easier. Then you'll move up a level and think you are going to die again. I just started level 3 yesterday.
