Well...where do you live? I just threw out where I'd be because I'm only there once a year and those are the 2 places I have friends/family.

@dawn, the one with you flexing in the blue tank and that kid looking on, totally impressed!

@timremlinger - the profile pic...love the eyes!

While this isn't part of my religion, it is for some of my friends. They definitely cut back on working out, or work out later at night, after they've been able to have some food. Good luck! كل شي سيكون على مايرام يا سديقتي

@xcmtnracer - love the one of you standing by the river @deedel - you know I love that profile pic...you've got the mad self portrait skills! (also that outfit in the last pic is HAWT)

I have both...I wear the fitbit throughout the day to try and up the amount of steps I'm taking (basically getting me off of my butt) and how many floors I'm climbing, and also use it to see how well I'm sleeping. I have a HRM with a chest strap for when I'm doing my Insanity DVDs. I own the SportLine Duo

You're gonna either have to try longer shorts or the Body Glide...sometimes I use BOTH!

Hi, I'm 32 and right around 5'4.5". I started here on MFP around 192lbs, but the picture on the left is at 187.6, wearing around a size 14 (February 27th) and the one on the right is 164.8 wearing a size 8 or 10, depending on the brand (July 2nd) . Hope this helps! I trained for a half marathon from February to May (with a…

Thanks! I trained for a half marathon from mid-February to mid-May (I printed a training plan from runnersworld.com) and then took 3 weeks off as recommended by my doctor due to some pain in my left hamstring/IT band. After that I started the Insanity DVDs

@Wracks, pic #6...Dimples to DIE for!

@Eve23 - as much as I love your profile pic, I can't see you...so I pick picture number 4. You've got amazing skin!

Hahaha...if I had 7 glasses of wine I'm pretty sure I'd lose track of counting out 17 squares of chocolate...and I think I'd still be hungry, but if it works for you...get it!

I definitely have to play it by ear. I have Endometriosis, which results in the most wicked bad days...and there were days where I just couldn't work out. I needed to just curl up with a heating pad, narcotic pain meds and just sleep. Other days, even though I was in pain, I would at least go walk...because I DID feel…

not sure what type of workouts you're doing, but would you be able to do something like: workout Monday night, rinse off and do Tuesday's workout in the morning...then take a 'real' shower and style your hair? and then repeat that cycle? Or have you heard about no-heat sock-but curls? There are a ton of youtube videos, but…

a 60 day workout set of DVDs that allow you to look at someone with the most awesome abs for each workout...you don't even realize you're working out. I'm kidding! Shaun T is pretty hot, but I'm aware of every drop of sweat I'm shedding. You can find insanity at beachbody.com

@DaGsGirl - profile pic! The glasses are HAWT...and I can never make a ponytail look that good

(I was wondering the same thing!) Fantastic progress, by the way! I'm just finishing up my second week of Insanity

As soon as I have my travel dates set in stone (well, the tickets paid for, anyway) I'll let everyone know and start pestering people. I'm only back once a year and usually stick to the St. Paul side of the river, so I'm not going to have a wide variety of suggestions...only the 2 I eat at every time I come back: Tavern on…

This meet up WILL happen next month...because I'll be there all the way from GA!!

Wow...thank you again everyone. Today was a day that I needed some positivity sent my way. I need input, should I do halfway insanity progress and post and then at the end? Or just post the final results? I'm going to take pictures weekly, but there is no reason for me to clog up the message boards.

Does your HRM have a chest strap? I am a few years older and a few pounds heavier than you (I'm 32/165) and I think the most I've burned is around 370 using a Sportline Duo w/chest strap. I average between 145-155 (around 80% of my MHR) and max at around 174-177 (91-94% of MHR)...

Thanks for all the positive comments everyone...it really makes posting pictures like this less intimidating

I started training for a half marathon. The Diva Series "Run like a Diva" in Myrtle Beach, SC (which I was assured was relatively flat). I found a running plan on Runners.com, printed it out, put it on my fridge and got my butt outstide or to the gym to complete all the runs

FINALLY! I got it right!

*sigh* some guys will never understand That's great that this guy can run around in t-shirts, shorts and unmatching socks...guys can go spend $5 for a pack of tighty-whiteys at walmart and keep their parts secure. When I started working out, I probably wore some of the same outfits this guy did, because I wasn't moving…
