  • With regards to the goggles, its not a good idea wearing contacts in the pool. Im only -3.5 but if I didnt wear prescription goggles Id be bumping into people!   • Her no more trouble zones is great but with the warm up and cool down its 50 minutes.. Id say worth it though. Especially if youre looking to tone. Zumba Fitness Flat Abs is 20 minutes its also really good but ab focused. Id say go for the ripped in 30 though :) 30DS is great!

I think I may change it to sedentary and log my walks, the whole walking 1.5 or 2.5 hours a day is something Ive only been doing since November so I figured it wasn't something my body was very used to. My sedentary daily calories seem to only be 150 or so less than lightly active so it seems…
  • Same here :/ blueberries and strawberries with my porrdige... So should we be cutting back on fruit or is natural sugar not as harmful to weightloss? Still better than refined sugars I guess!
