  • Its probably just that you arent getting proper nutrition? Cold and tired is often symptomatic of something like an iron deficiency.   • Actually acording to this calculator I would be losing .1lbs a week and not lose 10 pounds for about 2 years. Should it really take that long? I know 'the last 10lbs' but I was hoping for about 6 months and 1.5-2lbs loss a month. Is that unrealistic?

I dont want to hear that :p I just dont know why my body is responding this much considering I never went lower than 1300 and I gradually upped my cals to 1450 then 1500 and now Im just crazy for more. 1500 should be a pretty magic number for me.
