As always you impress me. You're transformation shows a lot of hard work and dedication. You're going to do great in your competition. Wish I lived closer to come watch it. Thank you so much for all of your help.

Since you've been trying to eat cleaner your body will react more to processed foods. I get the same thing. I get to where I have to say..."no thanks, I really don't want a headache today" .. Sometimes it can get to a full blown migraine. All in all I feel like garbage if I don't try to eat clean unprocessed foods

But doesn't it make you feel like a kid? Cocoa puffs, lucky charms.....oh yeah

You are so bad! I have cravings something fierce and you post that!?

I'm usually sore the second day after pushing myself past the comfort zone or when I try something new. Try upping your weights or go a little farther on the elliptical or treadmill

I don't eat back my calories. I find that to be counter productive. Eat what you've burned off? Unless of course I am running for a couple of hours and then I go over my calorie goal (this is not adding in the calories I burned off)

anything artificial can't be good for you. I don't care what research or the media says. I try to avoid them at all cost. I would rather be safe than sorry.

You look incredible. If I didn't know you I would think those first few pictures weren't even you...complete transformation there. It's like watching a butterfly emerge from a cocoon! I know this has been quite a journey and a ton of work, but through this you have created a new healthy you. AND have inspired and motivated…

I weigh 150 and my resting heart rate is 56. I did 5 miles running at 12 minute mile pace on the treadmill for about 600 calories but my treadmill said 1100. I use a HRM not attached to the treadmill and I was on 3% incline. Generally if I don't have a HRM I will calculate 100 calories per mile whether I run or walk
