You always walk away when I'm talking to you! Don't let the door hit you in the butt on the way out...

I get tired but when I close my eyes my brain doesn't shut off, plus, this is the only quiet time I get. From 6 am until about 10 pm I am mom on call

After walking for about a week I used telephone poles. Walk to one the run slow to the next as best you can. Walk if you must. Then walk, repeat. Consistency s the key.

My body responds to what I eat, not so much the calories. Breads, pastas, high glycemic foods make me feel lethargic if I eat too much.

I would show mine but I wouldn't want anyone to feel intimidated.

I would concentrate more on fruits, vegetables and lean meats. Try avoiding any processed foods, canned foods, etc. the coffee is probably curbing your appetite

I use it as a face cleaner. Put coconut oil and sea salt together. Scrub gently on your wet face, then rinse off using a wash cloth. I don't even have to use a moisturizer. Love it

I don't drink diet or regular soda. When I do have a fancy for something bubbly I buy Zevia. They have all different flavors. Like Dr. Zevia! It's in the health food section of your grocery store.

During the summer if I am alone I ride a Honda VTX1300. Other times its a Chevy Suburban, or a Plymouth Breeze...hopefully will be driving my Camaro this summer too.

My body won't allow me to eat back and I'm fine with that! I've tried all avenues and am sticking with the way things are. I have energy and I'm healthy

I would just avoid the table type sugar. Your body processes fruit sugar differently and you get some good natural vitamins with fruit

I love tattoos...but there can be some really ugly ones out there and on some people I just have to ask, is that what you really want to have when you are 80? Choose wisely. I have 4 tattoos and they all have meaning for ME! Very rarely can you see them, only when I have a bathing suit on. I plan on getting more, but those…
