My cheat day is Sunday. We have Sunday dinner at my Mother-in-laws house and she don't do diet. But I try to stay as close to calories as I can. Like skipping dessert.

I'm 49 years old and I do believe it is harder to lose weight as you get older. My weight is creeping off a half pound at a time.

I plateau for two months and finally jump started the weight loss by adding to my exercise program and upping my calorie intake.

Sticking to .1500 calories and walking
