  • I've gated a guy on and off for a year that is long distance (5.5) hours away. I've went on dates with others, but I just can't get "him" out of my head. I guess I'm meant to be on this crazy journey with him. We shall see what happens....

  • I'm 5'3'' too and my goal is 135-140. That's where I like myself at, clothes fit good and I still have some curves!
  • I'm a school nurse. There are tons of sugary, sweet snacks in our faculty lounge. UGH!!! I try to stay out of there! I heat up my own prepacked meals and eat at my desk and then walk/run during lunch.

  • Ok, so on my home page it says for me to eat 1200 calories daily. Then with the bmr tool, it says 1374 calories. Why doesn't it put that number on my home page? Then do I want to eat all my exercise calories or half? I want to lose 1-2lbs a week for a total of a 15lb loss. Thx!
  • I just bought this on amazon to try after I saw the Dr.Oz report. It was pretty cheap, so I figured it was worth a try, should be here by the weekend! I'll let you know! :happy:
