You are doing great! What is your secret to keep yourself motivated? You have really motivated me. I have lost 50 lbs before joining MFP and now I would like to lose 20 lbs more but it frustrating when I work out so hard and eat clean and not lose weight. I will keep at it and see what happens. Yes new to MFP and have been low carbing but do include fruit and lots of vegetables. This seems to work for me. I think any type of food plan needs to be adjusted to each individual. As an RN I think a healthy approach that works for you is what you should follow. :smile:

Yes I met my future husband on an online site. Since our first date 5 months ago we have been together everyday and will be getting married this year.
