Doing great here, also fully stocked on good groceries :) did 30DS this morning, planning on getting in a run this afternoon. Signed up for my first 5k in April, so I'm super stoked for the new motivation!

This is what I do. I wake up at 5, drink a cup of coffee and have a bagel thin or some toast..30-45 mins later I go for my run. When I return I cook up a couple of eggs and have a banana and start on my water for the day. I personally need the fuel before because I wake up very hunrgy, and I can't stand to be running with…

I definitely got out an enjoyed the weather, ran 3 miles, got lots of water in, and some house cleaning. Heading to bed early tonight!

I tend to lose when I'm stressed...I just don't eat like I'm supposed to, then I always pay for it because once I get through the stressful situation and start eating again, I pack on the pounds from starving my body. I'm trying to learn to eat when I know I need to, even if stress is making me feel not hungry.

My thighs and calves are feeling it today, I think its because yesterday I did all the lunges with weights (no mini breaks) and all the squats and presses with weights....first time I've made it through without a 5 second break...and my body is feeling it!

We are going out of town to see family for the night ,but I'm going to try to squeeze in a run after work and before we hit the road. Plan on getting in lots of strength training when we get back sat night and sunday so I think its going to be just cardio for me today.

I'm feeling pretty good today, jogged 2 miles this morning and then completed level 1 30DS. My legs are a little sore from yesterday, but not too bad. I'm going to try something new at work today that I saw in the forums. I work a desk job and am pretty much sitting all day with only 30 minutes for lunch. I'm gong to try…

Georgia girl here! Well....I'm from there, live in Beaufort SC currently because my husband is military, but we are only an hour from Savannah and go to see our family there every other weekend :) We are as close as we can get, much better than across the country, there's no place like GA thats for sure!

Unfortunately I have been battling the same pound for a couple weeks now, gained it this week...will probably lose it next week, repeat...but I've done 30DS 7 days in a row and ran 6 days, so I'm still very proud of myself:)

I agree, my arms are more sore than day 1, but I can do double the amount of push ups now :)

I agree with this, a lot of food places have their menus and nutritional info online, so try to plan ahead if you can. Don't be afraid to treat yourself, just split that dessert instead of having the whole thing :) you get the idea. I agree, my clothes are more loose than they have ever been, some falling off me...but I have been the same weight for about 4 weeks, and no loss since I started 30DS...but I love the way I'm feeling :) can't wait to take my measurements again at the end

Had an awful headache this morning so did not work out before work. Planning on getting in 30DS after work and at least a 2 mile run...working on my 96oz of water as well :)

I went out of town over the weekend and didn't have internet, BUT I took 30DS with me and got in done while staying wit family (early in the morning while everyone was asleep and I was safely hidden in the guest room :)) It is starting to get a little easier!

Day 2 complete! I don't know why but circuit 3 seems to be the easiest to me minus abs...circuit 1 is the toughest! Maybe just because I'm already warmed up by the time I hit 3, can't wait till this starts to seem easier! Great job guys!

My husband and I are 25, we don't have any children and don't want any until we are at least 30. My mother is 45 and is expecting to have her 3rd child next month and is extremely healthy, the doctors told her she was healthier than many of the young moms they see. This will be her last though, I agree with many posters…

I did 30 day shred level 1 day 1 this morning and then went for a 2 mile jog. I plan on logging all my food and am aiming for 96oz of water as well. Also...I am going to AVOID the cookies my bosses wife brought in this morning as I know I will have no self control. After work I'm going to take the dogs on a nice long walk…
