I have synced my runkeeper app to MFP so that logs all the dog walking for me :) I just add in my boxercise class on a Thursday.

Thanks all, your advice is much appreciated :) Maybe I'll give the 1470 plus exercise calories a go until the end of the month and see how that goes and then decide what to do from there depending on results.

Scooby site gives me the following: BMR - 1846 TDEE - 2538 Daily Calories Based on Goal - 2030 So should I be taking 500 off the 2030 and eating 1530 calories a day plus any calories gained through exercise?? If so, this is 60 calories more than what MFP is currently saying so pretty much the same? Sorry to be a pain, this…

Yeah true, all trial and error I guess. Will just try to keep sticking to calories and exercising and surely i'll see a good result soon enough :-)

Thanks :) I've synced my RunKeeper and MFP so its working out the actual time/speed I've walked. But yeh I think it might be an idea to try not to use all of the exercise calories. I'd say about 90% of the stuff is correctly weighed/measured. I was out for dinner with my sisters on Friday night to a local restaurant so…

Also, on a Thursday, I'm earning/burning a lot of extra calories from the boxercise. Do I need to eat back those calories that day or is it okay to use some of them for the weekend??
