I just ran my first 5k on Saturday (Walk for Hope through the Phoenix Zoo) in 36:02. My goal was 35 minutes but considering how many hills I encountered, I'm lucky I finished at all! It was so much fun and I hope to improve my time for the next one in 2 weeks. I think I'm addicted!!! :love:

Just read an article yesterday that duck faces have now evolved into duck finger nails!!! What is this obsession with wanting to become poultry?!?!? I just don't get it!!!

Before dinner after I get home from work because I always get cramps when I run after eating a meal. I do make sure to eat a piece of fruit or some nuts before and then load up on a protein rich dinner after my evening jog.
