Beef nacho salad loaded with cheese, sour cream, refried beans, ground beef (over 1000 calories). Hell, I thought if it was a salad, I was eating healthy.

I hated working out too. People kept talking about Zumba and how much fun it is so I bought the DVD's so that I could do them at home. Now I can't wait to get home and do my Zumba. You try so hard to dance like they do, that sometimes you forget that you are exercising.

I eat a yogurt Parfait for breakfast. 1 cup light and fit vanilla yogurt 1/4 cup frozen fruits 1 tbsp. high fiber cereal This has replaced my favorite desserts as well. Almost like eating ice cream.

Mine would be pizza, which I had tonight for dinner. At the moment I feel like I could puke. Damn, cheesy, greasy yumminess.

My coworker is also the one that introduced me to MFP. Without her, I wouldn't be taking that step towards a healthier me. I always find it easier to have someone you know well go through it with you.
