Thank you very much. I feel great. As for the skin I was able to tone up pretty good considering i've lost 190lb's. Exercise was a key part to that and I'm sure genetics and age helped as well. :)

Wow so I have lost the entire Oxford English Dictionary AND a Human Leg COMBINED! LOL 150 pounds = the complete Oxford English Dictionary 40 pounds = a 5-gallon bottle of water or an average human leg

Sounds delicious. I love Franks Hot Sauce. Just note that the hot sauce does contain a lot of sodium which can cause water retention.

I use PB2 as a peanut butter replacement. You can get it here and our whole family loves it. They have plain and chocolate. just get a scoop of the PB2 powder and mix with water. Tastes great actually :) http://www.bellplantation.com/
