Seriously mama! You are being way too hard on yourself - 13 pounds in a month? Most of us on here would kill to be doing that well! Keep up the good work - you'll get to where you want to be. Remember - the weight didn't go on over night (no matter how much it may seem like it!), and it takes time for it to come off!

I try to make exercise a priority 6 days a week - I try to hike every day for 80 minutes during the week and then do something really active on the weekends too -usually long distance hiking or bike riding, etc. I also try to fit in yoga and Pilates when I can.
