I usually got over them when I found out they were lying, cheaters in about 10 minutes.

That was one of my favorites too. I try to count out 1 serving and put in a bowl and just put the rest of the box away. I don't keep a lot of my weakness in the house, because on the days I have no willpower, I don't want to eat a lot of crap and then be mad at myself for eating it all.

I'm 3 months in and I'm finally seeing results, especially with my biceps. That's what I wanted to work on. :)

I wonder if this is why my hands will shake from time to time. I've been to several doctors and put on meds from anti depressants, blood pressure meds, narcotics, and more...He was trying to make the headaches go away, but I wonder if the headaches and shaking are from the aspartame...hmmmm....oh, it's not diet pop I…

It's not food allergies. My son has those and we deal with that constantly. I'm lucky to not have them, but thank you.

o. Yes I have. My eyes are good. I was also tested for diabetes since it runs in my family. I thought it might be due to sugar dropping, but that's fine also.

^^^ WELL SAID!

Wow, what a touching story. I'm glad your son survived, sorry you had to learn the lesson the hard way...I will get myself and my husband both helmets. Thank you for sharing.
-
WOW...glad you made it out~
-
Sounds like a good rule...I think I'lll start it in my house as well. :)

I never thought about it. When my son rides his bike (he's 3.) he has a helmet. I've never put one on him either when he is in the cart riding with us. The cart is supposed to be a 'no tip' cart, but maybe he should have one on then as well. I never thought of telling my kids to do it, and then not bothering to do it for…

This was my path of thinking....until today. After seeing what I saw, I can only think there was a REASON that was put in front of me to see...and maybe I need to open my own eyes.
-
THIS.....is an eye opener! Thank you.
