I agree and disagree. yes sure confidence may have something to do with it but i dont feel any more confident now than i did before i lost my weight. in fact i actually was more self concious and less confident for a while as i adapted to my new body/clothes/look etc. I think the biggest part is that human nature attracts…

nutrition be damened...... if you arent happy and getting some things you want you wont stick with it. 1700 ish on rest days 2100-2300 on run days give or take, plus or minus and losing on average 1.5-2 lbs a week

yes, just counting calories, no exercise for the first 80 or so pounds. Didnt monitor what i ate as in wheat or meat or eggs or cake or coton candy or fudge or fruits or vegetables, none of that matters, amount of calories in vs amount of calories burned..... thats it. sure eating healthier balanced diet is better for you…

What dani said, except this part, this is just wrong, trust me i drink diet pop by the case as i just cant make myself drink enough water to feel full and when i am hungry and its not meal time i drink. If diet pop turned to fat id now be the size of a cube van!

i dont know how ladies deal with hunger but i just drink water, diet drink mix, diet pop, black coffee... basically as much liquid that near 0 cal as i can every time i get hungry i drink more. also dill pickles or hot peppers seem to make me feel full

Running for sure. i have used swimming before and its deffinetly easier on the joints but i dont have a pool in my back yard and dont have the time to get to a pool often enough plus the added cost.
