I think you need to measure all your food, sometimes we get "portion distortion" and eat much more than we think. Maybe you should up your calories a little bit? Hang in there.

Muscle DOES NOT WEIGH more than Fat. A POUND is a POUND. **It is true that muscle takes up less space than fat. Just as a pound of feathers would take up more space than a pound of butter. One has more volume than the other.

I like to cut a banana in half length wise and then add Better than peanut better in the middle, keeps me full til lunch

There are a lot of great choices you can get, such as Fajitas (Chicken, steak or shrimp), I would eat corn instead of flour tortillas. When I am stuck at a certain weight, I go back to measuring my food/portions. Normally what happens is your portions get more lax, and you eat a little more than you think. It's something to look at anyways. Good Luck.
