I'm almost 5'4". Started at 205 and set a target of 161 :smile:

Could be because you're drinking more fluid, or because the food you are eating has a higher water content, or you could be losing water weight? I'm sure someone more knowledgable will reply shortly :wink:

I wonder if the totals are for the whole recipe rather than a serving size? Could be why you're getting such a high reading!

Between 2 and 5lbs - and all I want to do is eat chocolate, ice cream or biscuits! I'm just not going to weigh myself til afterwards :laugh:

Yep just swapped from tracking salt to tracking sugar and its already in the red at 77!! I think I'll stick with tracking salt lol:laugh:

I don't actually track my sugar, was thinking of tracking that instead of salt because my salt is always way under target. Trouble is, I do eat quite a lot of fruit, and don't want to be discouraged from doing so!

Chocolate - preferably family sized bags, giant buttons, revels, caramel nibbles, peanut m & ms. Ice cream - particuarly premium brands (can polish off a whole tub in one sitting), Biscuits - Dark chocolate digestives, Jaffa cakes. Mouth watering writing this list LOL!

I pretty much do the same as this. I usually fill my diary the night before based on what I've got in the fridges/cupboards etc, then take all the bits for breakfast and lunch to work with me and eat them as and when I feel like eating them. Am from UK also - Northamptonshire. Aiming for a 3 stone loss, probably need to lose more like 5, but will re-assess when I get there! Happy to have new friends, the more the merrier :bigsmile:

I struggle to eat breakfast too. On work days it's okay because I bring a yoghurt and banana with me and eat it at about 10 am. On the other days I sometimes don't have 'breakfast' until nearly midday.

Hiya! I tend to always fill in mine the day before where possible, and when I've got suitable food in the house to plan ahead. That way I can see if I have any leeway for extra bits and bobs that might crop up during the day. (eg the chocolate brazils that are currently in my office tempting me grrr) I like to try and…

Used to make something similar to this years ago when I was doing the South Beach diet - Quark mixed with cocoa powder. I wonder where they'll be selling it - I definitely need to try it!! :love:

I am being a bridesmaid for the first time this year at the age of 42! The other bridesmaids are 2 young teens and a twenty something size 10. I'm hoping to get from a large (UK) size 18 to a 14 or small 16 by May! :bigsmile:
