I work 55 hrs in 4 day period and yes it's overnights as well. I mainly try not to eat with in 3 hrs of going to sleep. Eat more veggies and protein as well. If your going to be up and moving for a certain amount of hours then go ahead and eat something alittle more substantial. U will find a system that works for u. Also…

it sounds like your body is asking for protein? My body does that after my monthy. I use a protein powder during my monthy and after and it makes me feel better.

I personally weigh myself 1x a week also what ever the number says i put in in the "check in". I measure once a month. Weighing yourself often keeps you accountable for your weight loss. People even do it everyday, I personally cant do that. GoodLuck and welcome.

I'm a binge eater, so i cant cheat. if i slip its usually when my monthly friend visits and its with fruits like grapes, pineapple & mango. Really sweet fruit.

I have realized that during times like what your experiencing is that instead of dieting during that time try stabilizing yourself. Don't focus on loss, focus on stability til the crisis is over then pick yourself up again. Calling friends and family is a fabulous idea or even going to a overeaters anyomious (?) meeting.…
