Agreed on all of the above. But the guy better take care of his beard. And hair in general. If he's got long-ish hair and takes care of it, awesome. I want to run my fingers through it. But if I run my fingers through and find it's in desperate need of a comb, forget it.

Congrats! That's fantastic! :-D

You can add me. Spiritual but not at all religious.

That is fascinating! I've been sitting on an exercise ball at work for months now and not bothering to log it as anything since I couldn't figure out what I was burning (if anything). I will probably still not log it (because it feels like cheating somehow since I'm just sitting and I've grown used to using my core this…

I'm an instructor. Basically, how much you burn depends on you. The more you take a class and get to know the instructor's choreography, the stronger you get with it and the more energy you can put into it. That is how you can burn more in one class than in another. I burn anywhere between 700-900 calories in a class…

It doesn't matter to me. Support is support, no matter what age. Off of MFP, my friends are of all different ages and it translates to on the site as well. I'm 30, but out of my friends off of MFP I'm one of a few who aren't married or have kids or both. In some ways, my challenges are different than a 30-yr-old who is…

I've been on Paxil and Zoloft and I didn't have any problems with gaining weight on either medication. I found my weight fluctuated the same as it always has. When I gained weight, I had no one to blame but myself. I took myself off of Paxil because I didn't like it, but not for weight-related issues. I've had no problems…

Production Editor Part-time Zumba instructor (Slowly getting started. It's intimidating to think about leading people in a workout when you're not in great shape yet, either.)

The DVDs are great (a friend of mine has them so I don't own them to say more than that), and I have no clue what it's like for the Wii, but you aren't going to be able to beat an actual class. With the class you have more variety. More variety = different muscle groups worked = body doesn't get bored. As an instructor, I…

Hi, I've been on the dieting roller-coaster my entire life and looking to make permanent changes this time. I'm also working to become healthier since I'm now a certified Zumba instructor and would love to be more comfortable at the end of my classes. I also want to become healthier as my mother passed away suddenly in…

I was a 36C forever, but shot up to a 38DD. I'd love to get back to that 36C.

That's great! Seriously, clothing fitting better is so much better than watching numbers on a scale. :)
