I'm 5'2" and my goal is 140ish. I was a size 4 at 140 pre-pregnancy (12 years ago, lol). I have a naturally bigger build with big boobs, hips, and butt. Anything below 130 looks skeletal on me, and I don't want to lose my curves.

Oh, and I absolutely cannot stomach eating lettuce that is the least bit wilted. I pick up a $1 side salad from Burger King or McDonalds and add my protein, cheese, salad dressing for my lunches at work.

I eat a lot of Jimmy John's Unwiches, and a ton of Hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings. I work full time and go to school full time on top of being a single parent to a kid who's very active in sports, so sometimes fast food or take out is unavoidable.

I don't eat "frankenfood" though. I don't drink Atkins shakes or eat Atkins bars. I get my nutrition from real, whole, foods. I occasionally will have a pump of sugar-free vanilla syrup in my coffee and I eat one or two Laughing Cow cheese wedges a day, and that's about it as far as unnatural foods go.

No, I don't find it hard to stick to, at all. I get to eat amazingly delicious food and lose weight 2x faster eating 1500 calories than I did eating 1000 calories.

I'm not doing "Atkins" by the book, but I am eating a low-carb diet. I limit myself to 20 carbs per day.
