I would say to try different workouts, throw in some sit ups and push ups. I would think working the area that you want to look better would help. but I am no expert :)

Let your husband wear his ring, it is a school function and I believe people are not going to care much if you are not wearing yours. Or you can hold his hand with your right as you walk around :) and flirt a little ;)

I wouldnt stress it too much, most people are not looking around watching other people. I keep my eyes closed unless they do a new move I am not familiar with. BTW I have only done it 2 times. I am sure you will like it and there is usually NO pressure.

I can see why the scale at the gym would be under a little :) LOL boost confidence. I trust my Wii and is very accurate alongside my digital scale.

Get a good group of friends on here. Friend motivation is very beneficial, to helping you stay on task and actually complete this program. Watch your calories and set your realistic goals so you can achieve them. also stop drinking soda. Good luck on your adventure and I hope you stick with it!!

I would give it a try for a few days and see if you actually have more energy throughout the day. Doesn't hurt to try and see how it goes. Morning workouts seem to be more peaceful to me. less surrounding distractions. good luck!!
