When you eat out with them, try and pick something on the healthier side. Only eat half and save the rest for lunch the next day. My thighs are still fat (23 in) and I've lost 87lbs so far, but I will say they are smooth now. I no longer have cottage cheese thighs, which I thought were hideous and gross! I still don't like showing them off, because of my stretch marks, but its easier for me to shave them and stuff. :happy:
