I tell people I still eat plenty, but I measure, weigh and log everything now using MFP. I'm no where a clean eater. I just keep trying to do better. I exercise now, whereas I never did before.

lucky for me I do not know any-one in real life on here. I've told family, friends, co-workers I use this site to help with my weight loss but none have joined up. This is a bit out of my comfort zone, but its good to get out of the box too. Thanks for commenting :smile:

I have fitbit one. I don't like bracelets, or wearing watches, so I figured flex would be annoying for me to try and wear everyday. I clip it to my bra and wear all day everyday. I love the fitbit website and looking at the graphs and getting new badges. I love that it syncs with MFP and automatically logs my calories…

Added! I have it too. it will make weight loss harder, but not impossible. I've gone a month or 2 without dropping a pound, then sometimes I'll loose like 5-10 lbs the one month.

I never took before pictures like in my underwear, my before was 230lbs and size 18/20 jeans, with XL/XXL tops. Now I'm 150lbs and size 6/8 jeans with S/M tops my GW is 130 so almost there. P.S. its taken me 2 1/2 years so just keep at it and you'll meet you goals!! I have faith in you girl
