I finely chop red onion, red peppers, yellow peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes(vegetable vary) then I mix it with the cottage cheese and add a little seasoned salt. It is a delicious healthy salad!

I made pureed cauliflower(mock mashed potatoes) and lemon chicken breast stuffed with feta and sun dried tomatoes! SO yummy and South Beach diet friendly!

I actually use for both brown and white. If I have a recipe that really requires brown/no substitutes, I'll use organic brown. Agave works in the same amount sugar does 1cup = 1cup. Some of my favorite recipies I use it in are... cooking light apple cake sangria LF oatmeal raisin cookies

the caloric value is about the same, but sugar is processed and heated, recrystalized etc..... Honey especially raw honey is more pure. I never use sugar, I always use raw honey or I use agave nectar when baking.

I actually don't think this is that bad, I mean I would not continue to go overboard like that, but you owned up to it, logged it and now you know you have to work extra hard the next couple days. It would have been worse to not log anything and pretend like it didn't happen! go for a walk now!

I have actually always found that on a low carb diet I always lose weight, even if I don't watch calories/fat. I have started to combine MFP and a low carb diet, and it seems to be working great for me. I'm not really a salad person either, but I love veggies! I prefer fresh endive, red bell peppers, radishes and hummus or tzaziki to dip them in!

you won't be very fulfilled or full if you eat a breakfast with no protein. I always go over protein, but stay within my calories and I still lose weight, I wouldn't worry so much about the protein if I were you.
