I feel that way when I am eating a lot of carbs, if you switch to lean meats and low carb veggies and eggs for 2 days, I bet you will feel the difference.

Cranberry juice has a TON of calories, stick to wine, white wine spritzers or Vanilla Stoli and Diet coke. Although I am not a big fan of sodas in any form.

Have you tried Agave nectar? If you can use honey, then your can prob. use agave. It is delicious! I use it in place of all my sugar, even in baking.

what kind of cream are you using? I was using fat free coffee mate for a while and that was really ruining me. I switched to half and half(you dont need that much tbs or 2) and sweet and low...works for me! I also add cinnamon to my beans!

Help.... so I am headed on a road trip tomorrow which will be about 5-6 hrs. I would like to take some healthy low carb snacks that travel well, so I am not famished. All I can really think of is cheese.... please suggest things :/ side note: I hate nuts

it's really not a big deal, you can probably eat up to 1450 calories w/o ruining your diet. Have something healthy and filling.

yeah, me too, I just kind of consider it a "bonus" I think if you log it you are bending the rules a little.

I don't usually log things like that, unless i am "going on a work out walk" or going to the gym, I don't log daily activity like that.

oh yeah, glam pony is amazing! My only corcern with #4 is that if all of the drama is in the back then you wont see it in most pictures, some of my clients have complained about that in the past.

1st off...your dress is stunning, you will be a beautiful Bride! I actually work in fashion consulting and I think the messy up do is the best way to go! IMO but I actually think with your facial bone structure the side pony would be a good option as well!
