Has anyone has the issue of losing inches but not pounds...I have been on MFP since March 9th and lost only 5lbs, I lost this within the 1st couple weeks and have since plateued(spell?). I have however consistently lost inches. Does anyone have any advise as to how to kick my weight loss into high gear?
