I lost a total of 2.6lbs in 4 weeks. I think that I could have done much better but i have moments where one week im doing gr8 the next week not so great.. so consistency is i problem for me but I am happy over all Jan 1: 187 March 13: 180 (-7) April 12: 177.4 (-2.6)

I weighed myself this am and GAINED :-(. I am soo upset about it.. I know the official weigh-in is not until friday but im still sad :-(

I've made a decision NOT to weigh myself until our weigh in week. I had easter ham and other badness last week and plan on cleaning things up this week. I have 4 weeks till my first 5k of the season and I'm hoping to get back on track!

i was going for 100 but I'm gonna fall short too... thinking to go for the 100 again this April.. warm weather should be a great motivation!!

thanks this is helpful. So i have a short termgoal of 160 and a long term goal of 150-155. So 120grams seems sufficient. this helps alot

not counting today i burned 2879 this week.... feel like I did a bit more since i didn't log for 2 days so my aim will be 3300 or so from monday to sunday this week

HEY MIKE QUICK QUESTION..... For the protein how many grams per pound should we be eating.. I am having a hard time meeting my protein goal and I feel like I'm constantly eating protein (ie. eggs, yogurt, chicken shakes on workout days)> any advise on getting more in?

Did dpouble duty yesterday and still made it to the gym this am....giving myself a break tonight and "treating" myself ( calories permitting) indian food today!! Kepp pushing guys we got 800lbs to lose!!

I need to do this but honestly I hate it.. I can survive on a tradmill for 60minutes but cant do workoutsl like this... this is my issue :-( help!!

My meals are pretty straight forward and the same with little variety (which works for me). Usually includes oatmeal, flaxseed, milk (soy), and some fruit. Lunch is a salad of some kind. I am doing 30-45 minutes of cardio (time permitting) 4-6times a week. This inclues running/jogging/wallking/cybex arc trainer/elipitical or some combination of these. Sometimes (1-2 days) I run about 5-8miles in the park. I am currently training for a 5k which is in april, trying to log at least 100miles this month. trying…

why cant i update my miles?..... My total for feb. is 82 miles... dint make my goal of 100 miles but I did do alot more running this month than last month.

I agree (for the most part with everyone above) . With that being said I think you should start by looking at how much and wht your eating and be sure that its healthy options and a sufficient amount of calories. In reference to the gym... when I started I began on the elliptical trainer and I like doing the hill programs.…

I would eat anyway... If you can go to the gym or even just go for a walk to make up for the calories then do so. Skipping dinner is gonna put u in trouble not only late tonight but you'll be starving tomorrow!
